The restaurant buffet was delicious with many options to choose from. The service from the receptionist and the waiters in the restaurant was exceptional! Very welcoming and accommodating. You can walk to the center of QRO in a good amount of time. And there’s always constant communication from receptionists. Great experience each time

The very spacious and well equipped room. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning unit worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower too was perfect.
Finally, I liked the restaurant. It gave you the option to order a la carte or do a buffet, and both options had a huge menu to choose from.
There was really nothing not to like about the hotel but if I had to pick anything negative, it would be the size of the bathrooms. They could use a little more space so that the towel rack does not have to sit above the toilet, which, in turn, is right behind the door. Unfortunately, those are design issues that cannot be fixed without remodeling the entire hotel.

The place seems nice.
The fruit on the buffet was good
Check in and check out were relative fast
Staff at the restauran was really nice.
The room was a little dirty there was even a roach
The pool was also dirty, we didnt dive in because there was a cigarette flooting around.
The bacon on the buffet was really bad.
