- bad neighborhood (edge of a bad area actually, no walking recommended)
- AC is really noisy, not possible to sleep while it is on
- no fridge in room
- shower was clogged: water was not flowing down fast enough: even slippers don't help avoiding contact with floor bacteria

Muy bueno el bufet, muy confortable las habitaciones, solo que reservo por el móvil y me da un presió y cuando llegó al check-in es otro presio

La habitación es muy grande, muy ordenado, la ubicación muy cerca del centro. Desayuno buffet muy básico $290 pesos por pesona y menor a mitad de precio.
Tuve un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado de mi recámara, no servía no pudimos dormir bien la primera noche y aunque nos ofrecieron un ventilador muy potente hacia mucho ruido, esa noche nos ofrecieron movernos a otras 2 habitaciones que estaban igual (no funcionaba el aire) hasta el día siguiente fue que nos movieron a otro piso donde si funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado.

I asked for hair conditioner and simply the answer was "we dont have"
the hanger in the bathroom was broken
and the worst , you can hear ALL the noise coming from the room next to us

Clean place. Bathrooms are sanitized and all is clean.
Bed is uncomfortable. I have been in this place several times reserving by phone and all was very good and comfortable, but when I mentioned in the front desk the reservation through booking, the receptionist did a phone call mentioning to somebody “I have a booking”, later she gave me the room keys. After my experience in this staying, I am sensing that since I reserved though this APP they assigned me an old room with an old and hard bed. I like booking prices and facilities but sincerely I prefer to have a good rest in a good bed instead of a discount. My rest is more important than a discount.

The cleaning of the room was every day of the week. And you can choose if you want it. The hotel was cleaned everywhere. The employees were super helpful and friendly. The room included a few nice amenities too.
The WIFI didn't have good signal. The food wasn't good. And the heating system was the same to all the rooms. We had to be careful with the water coming from the shower, it comes out and fills after a while.

I liked the size of the room and how clean the hotel was. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room I got allowed me to sleep without hearing loud music. They allowed me to stay until 1pm before checkout. The hot water was the best part of the room. I had the option of getting housekeeping service everyday. And it had many room amenities too.
I didn't like the food, the WIFI, and the heating of the room. Almost forgot, it was missing a laundry room too. It would have been nice to have a fridge or a microwave to save money on food and drinks.
