Who is the absolute perfect location, the steps away from restaurant shopping and great views. The apartment was perfection. I will definitely come visit again and would love to stay in the pink room. The owner was very friendly.
I love everything about the apartment. Well, equipped with appliances, etc as if I was still at home. Very clean very airy very peaceful environment. The view was amazing every morning I would look out my window and see the Palermo theater right in front of me. Perfection!!🥰

What a gem of a find in Palermo. You could not be in a better location to see all of the sights and be close to restaurants and shops. The view is exactly as advertised in the photos. We were met at the apartment by Gianni who walked us through
how everything works and got us settled. The owner also arranged for us to have an airport transfer on the day of departure that cost us half of our taxi fare from the airport.
It was a little noisy during the day and at night but we liked being close to the action. The singers and entertainers on the street during the day were wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! The location is simply unbeatable, right next to the beautiful Teatro Massimo and just steps away from one of Palermo’s liveliest streets, filled with an incredible choice of bars and restaurants. It’s also within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop (around 7 minutes), the hop-on hop-off bus stop few meters away, one of the famous local markets, and the main shopping street. Everything you need to explore Palermo is right on your doorstep!
The apartment is located in a beautiful, historic building that feels very secure. Inside, it is wonderfully spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of character. Although some features show a little wear and tear, suggesting it may have been renovated a few years ago, the apartment is still beautiful, clean, and full of charm.
We also really appreciated being personally welcomed at check-in. Our host was lovely and gave us lots of useful tips and recommendations, which made our stay even better.
We couldn’t have asked for a better base from which to discover Palermo. The combination of the fantastic location, the spacious apartment, the historic surroundings, and the warm welcome made our stay truly special.
I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough! We would absolutely stay here again.

Location was excellent - right next to the Opera house in the centre of Palermo. Clean apartment. Fairly easy to park round the back (although had not realised had to pay for it). Nice person greeted us to give us the keys.
The apartment was listed as having a separate bedroom and living room but when we got there it was just all in one room - double bed, sofa bed and dining table. I complained but the owner did not answer his phone to sort out the issue. Coffee machine did not work and sent boiling hot water all over the kitchen counter which could have been dangerous.
