The location is exceptional: right in the centre of Palermo but with ample parking on nearby streets for easy access if you’re driving. I don’t believe you’ll find another apartment as spacious and well kept where you can also step out onto a balcony overlooking the piazza or run downstairs for a proper Sicilian colazione or coffee.

This is a great apartment. There are 3 in a small complex all managed by same owner. Very clean very secure and very central. We had 1 bedroom unit 2. Modern and stylish. Clean and comfy.
Was difficult to get conversation with owner going. Worked out in the end and we did get to check in a bit early which was very helpful.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was really convenient and made it easy to get around, and communication from the host was excellent throughout. They were very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. A solid option if you're looking for somewhere well-located with a helpful host.
Unfortunately, our stay had a few issues that made it less comfortable than expected. There was no full-length mirror, which was inconvenient, and the shower head was broken. WiFi wasn’t available during our stay, which was a significant drawback. The property also feels like it needs some TLC, and the sofa bed was extremely squeaky, making it difficult to sleep. With a few improvements, this place could be much better

Location was good
We did not like the steep staircase to climb with our luggage. There was no lift. No mention of this in the advertisement.
Did not like the bathroom right next to the kitchen and dining table!
A busy road with noisy traffic.
