Property was in excellent location could walk to everything we wanted to see and a few minutes walk to many restaurants Property spotless and the owner could not have been nicer. If in Palermo would stay again

Great location and faces a quiet laneway so no issues with noise at night. Air conditioning worked great (tip: use the "super" button in the remote to get the cool air up in the loft as it can be a little warm otherwise). Bathroom was very clean and seems newly renovated. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio, though it was a bit too warm to take full advantage.
Our host was kind and the check-in procedure was easy. No issues at all to speak of during our stay. It was a good place!
We felt the space was a bit sterile/lacked character. Also some of the paint and finishings are a bit tired, but overall to be expected in a rental property. Also, we were just a couple so two beds in the loft weren't unused. If you are planning to sleep 3+ just be aware you will all be in the loft together.

The apartment is in a great location, on a quiet street near Via Maqueda. The bus stop Via Roma 265 (Vuccaria) for the airport bus is very close. I felt safe in the streets around the apartment as a solo female traveller. Check-in was easy, communication with the owner Gaetano was good - he checked to make sure I had got into the apartment ok when I arrived late at night. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. There was a bottle of cold water in the fridge when I arrived. Shower gel, washing up liquid, dish cloths are provided. There are 3 supermarkets within a 10-15min walk.
The door to the apartment building has a noisy catch and makes a loud bang, the apartment I stayed in was above the entrance hallway so I was woken multiple times throughout the night every time anybody entered or left the building. I slept so badly because of this. The Aircon unit is above the bed and it has lights on it that don’t turn off; the light from the entrance hallway also comes into the apartment when it’s turned on at night. I’m a light sleeper so all these things affected me.
Although the apartment has a coffee pod machine, I would have preferred a moka pot or cafetière as coffee from pod machines tastes of plastic. Only 2 loo rolls provided, was not enough for one week!

Loved the location , Loved the apartment, I was able to use the kitchen and make my own meals when I didnt feel like going out with was great
