The location was excellent. Communication was also very timely. The apartment itself was a nice size with larger than average bedrooms. Furnishings were adequate. Bed was comfy.
I received a crash course in under 90 sec on how to use everything including the 3 keys and key card given. No instructions in the apartment for future reference, for instance, trash receptacle location, difficult to operate washer/dryer in Italian, tv power button off on back of TV and extremely hard to locate.
Paper towels in the kitchen would be helpful and more than 1 roll of half used toilet paper and 1 bath towel per person for 5 days. Bath soaps were empty in the shower on the wall in my room. An extra blanket would be nice as it only had sheets and a decorative very light weight cover. Also, smart tv is a must. Italian tv for 5 days when you don't speak Italian was a bummer. No movie night after a long day. Need to be able to log into Netflix, etc....
Lastly, the construction that begun every weekday morning between 7:30-8:00am and lasted until after 3 was a pain. Drilling and banging, sawing w/loud electric tools is not relaxing.
Some of this is not the fault of the hosts. Just something for them to be aware of.
Lastly, a pair of scissors would be an awesome addition. Bought clothes (airline lost some luggage) and had no way to remove all those tags! 😄
Overall, nice stay, needs some mild improvements. I would consider staying again.

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, but our host was there waiting for us and made sure we were all settled in comfortably. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to reach the old town and Mondello Beach.
The host was always available and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have asked for more for our stay in Palermo. Highly recommended!

Lage zentral, 2 Badezimmer, moderne Einrichtung, ruhiger Balkon trotz zentraler Lage und vorallem die Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen der Vermieter
Die Parksituation ist sehr schwierig da es keine eigene Parkgarage oder Aussenparkplätze hat

La posizione della casa è ottima,non c è bisogno di prendere l auto perché si è praticamente in pieno centro,la casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata quindi il design è carino
Il proprietario gentile ma troppo frettoloso al nostro arrivo,avevo avvisato la moglie che saremmo arrivati in serata,un oretta prima dell arrivo l ho contatta per avvisarla.premetto che la colazione non era inclusa peró aveva lasciato solo 3 cialde di caffè e ci ha detto che gentilmente ci aveva lasciato una bottiglia di acqua (di sotto marca ) in 6 che eravamo dopo 9 ore di viaggio, abbiamo una struttura ricettiva anche noi e nonostante la colazione non sia inclusa lasciamo la base in casa come olio sale bottiglie di acqua e caffè,gli asciugamani erano contati,lo shampo e il bagnoschiuma erano stati travasati in delle boccette fai da te scritte a penna.
Ci siamo dovuti lavare con l acqua gelida però nonostante tutto abbiamo preferito non scocciare dato che sembrava un peso accoglierci
Siamo ora nel secondo alloggio a Marsala dove l accoglienza della signora è stata estremamente positiva anche questa casa vacanza senza colazione ma come siamo arrivati ci ha fatto trovare una cassa di acqua,marmellate,fette biscottate e tanti caffè
Diciamo che non costa molto spendere una decina di euro per prendere una cassa di acqua essendo 6 e qualche caffè niente di più (avendo pagato 402 euro due gironi 10 euro possono fare la differenza sull ospite )lancio una freccia positiva per la moglie che si è resa disponibile quando le ho chiesto consigli su cosa vedere qui in Sicilia
