Antonello was very responsive and helpful from the beginning. His check-in instructions were clear, and he communicated promptly through WhatsApp. We also asked him to arrange a taxi for us twice, and both times he immediately helped us. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. We especially appreciated having air-conditioning in both bedrooms and plenty of space for our belongings. A positive thing is also there is an elevator to get to the apartment.
A few details could improve the guest experience. The towels were quite old and worn, so we chose to use our own. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for two people for a four-day stay, so we had to purchase more. We were also asked to regularly empty water collected from the air-conditioning units and take the trash out daily. Finally, we were uncomfortable with the suggestion that the cleaning lady enter the apartment the day before our scheduled checkout to prepare for the next guests, as we prefer privacy throughout our stay.

Very cozy apartment in a great location and at a low price. The host was super friendly, helpful, and communicative. It had everything we needed — washing machine, iron, etc. — which made our stay easy and hassle-free. Felt just like home.
The only small thing was that hygiene supplies like toilet paper and shampoo weren’t quite enough for five people over a week, but it wasn’t a big issue. We didn’t mention it to the host, but I’m sure he would’ve helped right away if we had, since he was always very responsive.
