All great
Except, one big thing - cramped too many rooms room but connected to many other rooms, even if your neigbir.flushes the toilet, you hear in the night, some opposite rooms have got balcony aand table and chairs, people discussing can be heard , voice amplification disturbs the sleep.
Rest is all great with the hotel

We had a great welcome by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The drinking water refill station was fantastic. This is the only hotel we’ve been to in Bali that has free drinking water readily available for guests. There was a refill station on each floor.
The bed were comfortable. Plus there was an option to request an orthopaedic pillow.
The pool was good, with extra towels readily available. It was also easy to get in and out of. Plus there was a pool side changing room.
Nice restaurant with a good variety of options.
Lovely spa with sound proof treatment rooms.
It was close enough for us to walk to the main attractions in the city centre. Drivers also liked it because they didn’t have to sit in as much traffic.
The laundry service was good/quick.
The room service was good/efficient.
The rooms smelt damp and musty.
You could hear the people moving around in the room above.
The toilet in our room just kept running (water leaking into the bowl), even after they tried to fix it.
The restaurant was a bit pricey. You can get bigger portions for considerably less money, just a short walk away.
