I had a great stay at Apartment and Rooms Toka in Zadar. The double bedroom was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It also had a lovely balcony, air conditioning, and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The property was very well equipped. I especially appreciated having access to an ironing board and iron, which isn't always provided. The shared kitchen was also well stocked with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
Distance from the Old Town, but Uber is cheap and easy to get.

the booking.com provided a bad contact phone number even in the last minute. hope the book.com can provide them before our trip starts, becuse during the travel, it is hard to check the email.

The owner is nice, gave us the city map, showed us about the old town. Room size is good. In the bathroom there is a place to put our things. There is a place on the balcony to hang wet clothes. 5 minutes by car from the old town.
The mattress and pillow were not comfortable. The shower had nowhere to hang it. We had to shower holding the shower in hand. The bath towel was not soft and it was small.
