Belváros nyugodtabb környékén. Minden közel van, pl a Kolovare Beach 15 perc séta.
Szép szoba, kényelmes ágy, vízforraló, tea, instant kávé, hűtő, tányér, evőeszköz.
Flexibel check in.
Kényelmes tiszta ágy.
Templom van a közelben, a harang néha szól óránként, főleg vasárnap. De ennek semmi köze a szálláshoz :)

The location was outstanding. The city center for Zadar is car-free, but this location was only a short walk from a convenient ride-share/taxi drop-off and pick-up location.
The design choices made by the host in renovating the property were excellent. We especially liked the black-out curtain on the window and the thought that went into laying out the bathroom. (In particular, there were plenty of hooks to hang clothes and towels on.) The air conditioning was operated by the room key, which was a smart way to ensure that it wasn't left on when we weren't there. It functioned very well to keep the room comfortable during the very hot days we visited Zadar. All the fixtures and materials used in the renovation were high quality and well-maintained. Though compact, it was a pleasant space to be in.
The service was exceptional. Our host was actually away sailing among nearby islands, but remained in good contact with us through WhatsApp. In particular, he provided an excellent video showing us how to access the property and he was able to make arrangements for luggage storage at the property for a number of hours on the day we checked out.
An extra shelf in the bathroom (perhaps under the water heater) would have been nice. The food prep area was very tight. In particular, there wasn't a convenient way to wash dishes there. (It may be that we were intended to use the bathroom sink for that purpose.) In the end, we decided that the cleaners would prefer to remove and properly clean any dishes we had used, so we left a few of them for the cleaners to take care of. It would have been helpful to have some instructions about this.
