Good location, fair price, friendly staff.
Luggage storage at the common area isn’t big enough. Your luggage may end up buried deep in there when you need to get it.

Welcomed me last-minute late in the evening and were able to support my after-hours check-in request with excellent instructions. I felt very at home, the facility has been one of my favourites on my trip so far.

The location is so strategic, near Zadar Old Town.
They didn't provide a towel, and when I stayed, some showers weren't working. They also don't have laundry facilities.
