We love how friendly the staff is and super helpful and the breakfast was just nice even though is not a big hotel but many nice food options. The hotel as well connected to the mall so very practical.
We asked for a quiet room but the room not quite at all. I have difficulty to sleep regarding the noise from the cars from the street. I thing the rooms don't have a good isolation system. We could hear people from the other room as well.

unique location for a first time visitor in indonesia. the building felt very secure and safe as a solo female traveler, that’s very important. every staff member was incredible.
the elevator was temperamental and would alarm if the door was held open. i know this is out of control of the property, but the pollution of the city made it hard to spend time in the rooftop pool

Breakfast and location is good. It’s near the area where we were training and work.
The property feels dated and could use some renovations. The reception is oddly located, not near where guests typically arrive, which makes check-in confusing. Additionally, the place doesn’t quite match the photos shown on the website. Staff arenot all friendly, cleaning is not consistent.
