Short but sweet

The room is spacious, it can fit 4ea 28 inch luggage. Staffs are friendly. Their breakfast menu are also good.

Not sure whether I like it or not, but this hotel has tight security. They will inspect our luggage / handbag everytime we go inside the hotel, just like what we can find in the airport. This hotel room doesn't have a bidet - in case you need one.

It would be better to book a room in the back side of the hotel to avoid the street noise if you are a light sleeper.

Good

The breakfast was good. The room was not cleaned properly especially the bathroom mirror, the sink and the shower glass door was not cleaned well (still some soapy stain and dust). Also the counter where there was a kettle was not wiped properly. Hope this can be fixed as the hotel itself is a 4 star one I expected it to well maintained. Thank you.

It would be lovely to get the customer drink vouchers per night for a long term stay one. The voucher could be used for free coffee, juices or hot chocolate.

it was close to my business appointment

the food poisoning I received after eating the one and only meal I had on this trip, the noisiness of the room (besides traffic, FCU is also like a jet engine). And that for a relatively high price..

Feels like home.

Warm, friendly and very helpful staff, cozy and comfortable bed. Love the ambience and breakfast spread. The mussolah was also clean and comfortable. Lobby was beautiful.

Location, facilities, comfortable bed.

The parking capacity was quite small. I had to park in the muddy field owned by the hotel.

staff were very friendly, internet was very fast and the food were pretty yummy , we like the pool as its clean

the location, no walking distance Of food Court or fast food retail, and the Shopping Centre ! the furnitures need to be upgraded or maintained ( couch needs steam clean, our pillow case had bad stained on our First day Of staying😔the Room needed spring clean and details clean, our sink was clogged😔luckily we had connecting Room so we can used the other sink)

Good bones

Good bones, interesting buffet all 3 meals. Comfortable bed.

11th floor room was well worn. A/C couldn't be adjusted for temp (18.5°C). Lots of calcium deposits in the bathroom, and towels that needed someone to trim off the frayed edges. Plenty of traffic noise all day and all through the night despite being on the 11th. Light switches sprinkled all over the room, and they all needed to be used

Stress 🤨

We had a few problems. No hot water in the 3 rooms booked. Changed after 24 hours to 2 upper rooms .could not move room 508 because we were told no other room available , so the occupants had to shower in our room. Inconveinient..Hotel was busy due to a wedding.

As above.Agravaition due to move and extra costs for bellboy. No hot water. Not good at 5.00 am when want shower. Breakfast ,not enough staff for demand due to wedding stopovers i suppose. We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago +_ and it appears to have got dated. Aircon a little noisy.
