Buen lugar

Bien ubicado. La recepcionista muy agradable. No tuvieron problema en adelantar la hora del desayuno ya que nuestro bus salía pronto.

Very good.

The hotel is very well located, in front of the beach and just a 5 min walk by ferry station. The staff was very kind upon our arrival and gave us all instructions and hints on what to do and to eat, despite the fact that there is a pizza restaurant below the hotel. The breakfast is good, but the place where it is served is not so good, seems that lacks much better attention. Good room and bathroom and is worth all the money paid.

Nice location. Shame about the noise around it

Location was close to the sea front and easy to get to from the coach station.

Not really a hotel, more like rooms above a busy pizza restaurant. You could hear the restaurant’s music playing and outside is a giant flashing ferris wheel that is also loud. This doesn’t stop until about midnight.

Good

Excellent location, just 30 mt to public beach. If you hungry at first floor proper pizza delicious. Very close to every where. Satisfied breakfast.

I could not see any staff when I tried to enter mynroom, even wasted more than 30 min. Pizza staff help me. Next day staff young and nice lady cover all negative and missed troubles.

Nice hotel, in city center with good restaurant, bar and Friendly staff.

Location in city center was convenient. Although, the breakfast didn't meet western standard, it is the better version in Albania.

City center location is very loud at nights. There was no separate shower, only place within bathroom where you can shower. Also, quite standard in Albania.

Great stay

The hotel is positioned right by the beach, in a very lively area. Nice and fresh breakfast and they have the nicest people working there. Nothing was ever too much to ask and they were all very happy to help. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone.

Very good

The location is fantastic, could not get better. The staff is super helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. We were 2 gurls and we felt absolutely safe in the hotel and the area. Bars and restaurants at walking distance. They serve cold breakfast so don't expect a buffet, while the coffee is to die for. We took our cups of coffee and walked to the promenade everymorning.

B&B perfectly located in Sarande

The hotel has a perfect location: it's one stairs away from the beach, 1 minute walking from the Ksamil bus stop, 2 minutes walking from the port, and 7 minutes walking from the bus station. You cannot find a better location in Sarande, which also includes several restaurants, markets, stores and all you might need on walking distance. The staff is lovely and always willing to help, although they won't be on the reception all the time, but you'll find them on the restaurant where the hotel is located (Proper Pizza) or on the terrace, during the breakfast time. The room was big, and so was the bed, which was also comfortable. The room was equipped with AC (had an issue with mine and it was quickly solved), TV, great furniture, several plugs around the room, a balcony with lateral sea view and clothesline. The bathroom was also big, with amenities, a great hair dryer and a good shower. It was always clean. Furthermore, the breakfast was really great, with good and fresh traditional options everyday. WiFi was also great.

There is no elevator, but the staff will promptly help you with the bags if needed. Also, there is no indication of the hotel's entry, since it's inside a restaurant. It would be good to have some kind of sign indicating it.

Exceptional

Hotel is near the port, 5 min walking. Cozy place near the sea. There is pizzeria on the first floor, it’s a nice place to have pizza and beer. They’ve given us free upgrade room with a sea view, and also allowed us to checkout late. Stuff was polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was pleasant and welcoming!

The best stay ever in the south of Albania. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Great location, sea view rooms, easy to get in and out of the city. My weekend getaway!

Superb

A great place in the heart of the recreational part of Saranda. Delicious breakfasts. You can feel the freshness and homemade meals. Very clean and quiet room

The hotel doesn't have its own car park. The car must be parked in the parking lot along the road, which may scratch the car. The moment of check-in itself is strange because the waiters from the pizzeria are also the hotel staff.

I’m not sure if it’s a pizza place that owns a hotel or a hotel that owns a pizza place… Still, the pizzas are delicious, the best part of the hotel is having pizzas downstairs

As two friends we really enjoyed our two-night-stay. We could stay there again if we ever visit saranda again.

The location was perfect. Bus stop was very close so we walked to the hotel. It was close to many restaurant s and bars. It was right in front of the beach and there was a good pizza place below the hotel. The amusement park in front made our stay more fun. The was very friendly and helpful. All of them were super nice. Our room's view was excellent, we really enjoyed our balcony. The breakfast was more than we expected. Omelette option made us feel full for the most of the day.

There wasn't a shower cabin in our bathroom. I don't know if thats the case in all the rooms ut the bathroom got a little wet each time we sgowered. Thankfully there was a drain the bathroom so there wasn't any water in the room. We didn't find the bathroom very comfortable in general but it wasn't a big problem for us. The amusement park noises and lights continue until later the nigjt. It didn't bother us since we went to sleep after the closing if the park but if you plan to sleep early you might this situation.

Smelly place

Localisation near the ferry port which was convinient for us. Nice pizzeria. Very nice staff and interesting breakfast.

Located at very noisy street, just opposite local amusement park. After a shower whole bathroom was floating. And the smell in the room was awful, you sholud do something about that.

It was very clean and the stuff was friendly.

We have stayed for 8 days and every morning we got the same breakfast that we had to wait for more than 45min. It was not bad, but 2 eggs made in the same way for 8 times in a row were a bit too much for us.

Would highly recommend!

The location of the property was great since it’s walking distance from the port. There’s a nice modern pizza shop in the bottom floor with great service and staff! The staff offered assistance with everything and were very hard working friendly people. Great breakfast. One of the managers recommended a few sites to see in town and helped book taxi which was very helpful and kind of him.

Superb

Free breakfast was good and filling. Good location near the "boardwalk". Clean, safe, and comfortable.

There is a bright Ferris wheel and loud carnival type rids across the street but the noise ends between 11pm and midnight.

very nice young men running the business who have taken on a hotel upgrade -still needs some work -

super central across from beach and promenade near ferry terminal nice view, very friendly staff and owners - helpful

very noisy because it’s so central so hard to sleep at all with the noise through the night not quite furnished properly yet early in the season so not really ready for guests - no coffee in the morning for breakfast but they tried to organize it
