Lovely coffee, croissants and fresh bread. Eggs if you wanted. Location was perfect. Manager very friendly and helpful plus a good sense of humour. Worked extremely hard. Bed was very comfortable.
No lift (which we knew). Manager helped with bags.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff were very nice, especially Emiljano ( I hope I remembered the name correctly ), it’s the young boy who literally never stopped working and always kind and with a smile in his face :)
Our only wish was to have more hangers in the room, considering we were there for summer vacation, we needed to dry our clothes and stuff.

Great location, was able to leave our luggage there before and after check in. They have a back entrance so you don’t have to go through the restaurant but we were also able to hang out in the restaurant to pass some of the midday heat. Very close to taxi rank and great bathroom
No elevator so consider this if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ramo! The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless, and everything is very clean and well maintained. The hospitality was outstanding, with special thanks to Emanuel for his kindness and professionalism and to Mr. Ramo for his warm welcome. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sarandë—I would gladly stay here again.😃
