We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Star. The location is excellent — everything is within easy reach, and the main street along the sea is just a short walk away. It was very convenient for getting around, going to the beach and exploring Saranda.
The service was also good from the very beginning. As soon as we arrived, the staff took care of parking our car, which was a huge plus and made the check-in completely stress-free.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of food and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. A lovely bonus was that the hotel provides beach towels and a sun umbrella to take with you to the beach.
The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you want to be close to the sea and have restaurants, shops and the city centre within easy walking distance.

Friendly and helpful personel, from owner Orest onwards, very good breakfast, clean property and very good location near the promenade, but still calm at night.

Location, close to the beach
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Price
Room was not clean when we came in, flip flops from former guest were still in the bathroom.
Bed was not comfortable.
When using the shower, the whole bathroom gets wet because the lack of a door or shower curtain.
Also, toilet seat doesn’t fit, so prepare to slide of the seat.
