The location was far better than I thought located in a mini hanok village with a market style street just behind and close across to the metro and bus. The inside is also very nice and clean. I was expecting it to be worse for the price I paid. My room was tiny, but that’s what I selected. They are very accommodating for stuff like late arrivals and luggage storage.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. There is quite a few stairs to get to your room and no elevator which may be an issue for some.

I'm a single, retired, female traveler. I felt very safe here. Lovely guesthouse with well equipped kitchen, working space, rooftop (for Morning yoga), clothes washer and dryer (plus laundry soaps and clotheslines for delicates) -- and in a quiet area full of restaurants and things to do. You are within walking distance to so many sites to see. I will use this stay again!
Need access to larger bath towels. The towels stocked for use on the floor are more hand size towels. A lamp next to the bed would be nice. The only lighting is overhead lighting.

Great homestay it felt comfortable coming back after a long day to be able to relax in the living room. Fridge and basic cooking facilities provided. Upstairs they had washing machine and dryer available. I wish we could use it any time of the day. We can only use it after 4pm, at which time we were always out. The staff were friendly and answered all questions. It's located in the middle of the Insadong shopping street so lots of people around. While aimed at tourists, you can conveniently walk outside the guesthouse and grab food.
We were on the 4th floor. I didn't enjoy carrying my bags and myself up 4 flights of stairs. Keep in mind when booking for elderly or people with mobility issues. There is a toilet bath on each floor. At night it was inconvenient to walk all the way to the toilet. We were unfortunate with messy guests. The waste bin where used toilet paper was put was very unhygienic. There must be a different way around it. I don't want to be dealing with all other guests fecal bacteria every time I use the toilet. It would be great if larger towels were provided especially for ladies with long hair.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to tourist attractions and lots of good bars and restaurants.
Lack of a lift. Didn't bother me because I travel with a small backpack but hard if you have big suitcases.
