Excelente atencion del personal, la señal de wifi es muy buena en la habitacion, esta muy bien ubicado cerca del subte y de muchos atractivos turisticos.Si bien la habitacion es pequeña tiene todo lo necesario para una sola persona.
El desayuno tiene poca variedad pero es suficiente, se realiza en el subsuelo conpoca ventilacion asi que el olor a comida queda en la ropa. El cafe es de maquina automatica.

Location was excellent, very close to transit station. Lots of food and drinking/hangout options around. Great soundproofing!! Didn't hear any of the nightlife buzzing from the streets nearby.
Included breakfast was great! complimentary beverages.
Offered laundry service but didn't need to use it.
Wifi strength was great!
Bed, pillows, duvet was really comfortable.
Air-Con was good!
Bathroom was really small and cramped. open shower design where water is all over bathroom floor around toilet and sink.

Super comfortable and modern room, with an unbeatable location, close to the subway, restaurants, and cafés. The room itself is compact, but well structured, so it feels more spacious than it realistically should feel. Most of touristic Seoul is easily reached through its vicinity to three different subway lines.

Great location in the city centre, clean as well. Free water and drinks were nice, but one night the fridge didn't have any water bottles left.
The air condition situation was unbearable! We couldn't sleep because the air condition was so close to the bed and it was blowing so much, it was impossible to adjust a good temperature. We would freeze if we would turn it on and we would sweat if it was not turned on. The assistant at the reception couldn't help us either. He "set up" the temperature from his device, but it was not working. Also, the TV volume is set so low, it was impossible to watch a Netflix movie. There was also some orange filter on the Netflix movie we watched, it was quite weird. It was also smaller than expected, but it's Seoul after all. Avoid breakfast, it was worse level than a hostel.
