The apartment is amazing. A great location and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The apartment has a lot of space and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. At first we thought the mattresses were too firm, but having a foam topper on them made them comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, but the shower doesn’t have shelves so our toiletries had to sit on the floor. Overall it was a great apartment.
We didn’t expect to have to climb 3 floors of stairs, which was tricky with our luggage, but we figured that might be normal for the area. Apparently, the lock on the washing machine door is easily broken. Or was close to being broken and we were just the unlucky ones to use it next. Regardless, we were blamed for it and had to split the cost of the repair. No one else should have this issue since it's now been fixed, but just a warning to use caution when using the washing machine.

Great Florence location, 10 minutes to train station, air conditioning worked well, 3 bedrooms + additional sleeping, 3 baths and a lot of extra space. For a rental it was well maintained. We have stayed at 3 locations on this Italy trip and it was the best, by far.
Washer, no dryer, had to use a drying rack, apparently that’s an Italy thing. 1 sink in kitchen, I guess I’m spoiled being from the states. But it just makes sense to have two sinks and a garbage disposal in the kitchen. Lastly, do Europeans not use wash cloths when showing? I wish they would adopt that and ice. 2 items that seem to work well in the USA.

The space and the location are great!
The AC units do not work very effectively. It was record heat in Florence the week we were there but still the units barely pumped out cold air. Even after the property sent a maintenance man and set them properly sleeping was a challenge.

Centrally located in Florence close to everything and had separate spaces for each group member with bathroom. needs updating and some tlc this is a great place to stay everything is walkable including the train station
Needs updated in most areas the garden tent was unusable holes in screens and so many mosquitos needed cleaned up chairs etc not wiped off the bathrooms in all rooms need updated villa garden bathroom with tub and separate shower was very dangerous as water went everywhere
