Good facilities well laid out. Small kitchenette area, very useful. Ensuite was excellent. Also the bike shed was very convenient as we did use this.
Could have done with a toaster, but not essential. A second key would have been useful, but in fairness we did not request.

Convenient town centre location. Restaurants on doorstep plus a cornershop and tourist info.
Air conditioning was great.
Sound from appartment above did travel down.
There's a town clock opposite that dings every 15 minutes and multiple times on the hour starting at 7am so no lay in.

Although the host was only available remotely, she was very kind (like an answering machine, and equally helpful).
Definitely the WORST accommodation experience during entire stay in Slovenia. Info on booking is unfair and in some instances simply not true (e.g. parking on site - yes, provided you are one of the three lucky car owners who come first!). The pricing is outrageous - you buy a spacious, more expensive room (by 30-40 eur) only to find out you end up in something much smaller (please note that here an indicated footage includes a large toilet/bathroom - so effectively the actual living space was I believe less than 20m2, quite hefty for almost 200eur a night). Owner does not care, despite having means to rectify the situation since you have already paid. And a cheery on a pie was a NO-SHOW cancellation issued by an owner, presumably to prevent a negative feedback to be shared. AVOID IF ONLY POSSIBLE
