Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Not enough shelves or tables for luggage. No place in toilet for soap and toothbrush
I was concerned with fire regulations and exit signs in case of fire. I didn't see any evacuation plans in rooms and did not know where the stairs were.

I stayed in a family room with two double beds at the beginning of my stay for two nights. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room is very neat at 20 m² and very clean. That linen was good quality vivid white and very comfortable. The bathroom is basic with an instant hot water heater. The room had a window facing the main street and opposite the escalator up to KL Central.
Later I moved into a double room, which was smaller and again very comfortable.
The hotel is very good value, exceptionally clean, good staff, comfortable and has basic bathroom features. I enjoyed the rooftop L garden sitting in the lounge and the late afternoon.
Only criticism I have is that I noticed in the double room 421 There is no smoke detector and I wonder if this is the case for rooms in the extended part of the hotel. Another observation is there no emergency exit sign to lead people to the fire exit in the event of emergency - the floor did have fire extinguishers and water hose reel. I feel management should address these and uplift and be compliant with standards.

Attentive and friendly staff.
Very thin walls separating the rooms. Needs better soundproofing. People talking loudly along the corridor. They mentioned it is a non smoking hotel but heavy cigarettes smoke present on the 5th floor. Our last day, they had issue with water pipes. No water for the entire 5th floor almost the whole day. Its difficult if you need water for your toilet use, making drinks, shower and ablutions. Hope they can improve on these situations better.
