Standard Hotel with Strategic Location

Very standard hotel with all the basic services provided. The location is very strategic with KL sentral just a walking distance and lots of restaurant and convenient stores around the hotel. It is a good location if you planning to take public transport to go around the KL City.

Difficult to find parking place if you are driving (the places a little bit crowded). I park my car in the underground car park of another hotel behind (need to pay). The room is not spacious but is comfortable to stay.

Super Service

Excellent hotel, their staff are very friendly and professional, The price is cheap but the quality is almost the same like a fancy hotel, wifi fast speed, nearby tourist attractions like Little India, very close to KL sentral main transportation hub, Shopping mall across the road, mamak restaurant around the neighbourhood. playground for kids . gym , rooftop sky garden .Convenience store next to the hotel.

Excellent servis

Friendly and professional staff. They were helpful. checked in smoothly and quickly.Very conveniente position, train/rapid rail just the elevator and few steps. Very clean, modern and lovely selection of food for decent price. We left our bags there while visiting Singapore by bus we take bus just infront of hotel so will be back again for a few days. see you again eassy Hotel.

Very good directions on how to find hotel from Sentral station. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect for transit stay. Good water pressure and the rooftop courtyard was ideal to relax. Restaurant served tasty well priced meals.

You can only access bed from one side and base of bed.

Model hotel!

This is a class-A hotel. The service I received was beyond excellent! From the beginning, the desk clerks were extremely polite and accommodating. In over 50 years of traveling, this is of the highlights. It starts with one of the managers, Sohrab, who left the lobby to lead me through the rain to the mall where the MTR station was. He even gave me an umbrella. Also, employees Liton and Mustafa contributed to my delightful stay.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

This hotel is excellent! I stayed here for the second time and I'll come back agin for sure. The staff are really nice and helpful. The location and food is really a plus. It's next to KL Sentral. rooftp sky garden and gym are realy nice.

Impressive!

People of this hotel is so nice gentle and kind and location is perfect easy to rest easy to travel like the name of the hotel .I came form Thailand and this is my first trip in Malaysia.I’m very impressed and for sure I ll go to Malaysia again and book this hotel!

There have 1 elevator in rush time maybe it’s not enough but it’s not a big deal cause you can walk down by stairs or you can planning to prepare more time that’s it.

I can't recommend Easy Hotel highly enough!

Easy Hotel is indeed easy! It's connected to NU Sentral and KL Sentral, which makes getting around the city as easy as pie. We got a big room on the top floor, which is the haunt of the hotel's pet cats. Above all, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you, Easy Hotel, for making our stay in KL a superb one. 😊 P.S. We badly miss the kitties! 😭❤ Edit: My brother inadvertently left his laptop in the hotel lobby upon our early checkout, and fortunately one of the staff members returned it to him. Thank you very much! 🙏😊

There were instances when our Wi-Fi connection got kinda spotty. Also, we had frayed towels, so I think they should be replaced with new ones. Other than that, everything was purrfect (Hello, kitties! 😻).

Fantastic value for money

Great location next to Sentral Station - Kuala Lumpur major public transport hub, Extremely friendly, accomodating and professional staff. Room and breakfast were good.

My particular room was a bit noisy from car and monorail traffic - but mostly from loud street animation and music during Diwali / Deepawali month long celebrations.

地點靠近中央火車站，附近生活機能好，隔壁是小超商，後面緊鄰兩家連鎖餐廳。三人房兩人住尚稱寬敞，若住三人可能會有些侷促。一樓四人房則不建議入住，一間剛好在廚房正上方，雖然櫃臺在反應後隔天更換，但另一間則是衛浴水管有臭味。

接受信用卡付款，但須多付3％手續費。這在訂房往中並未說明，有些不愉快。四人房一間剛好在廚房正上方，雖然櫃臺在反應後隔天更換，但另一間則是衛浴水管有臭味。趕大清早班車的住客無法從旅館正前方的共用陸橋或電梯通往火車站或巴士站，必須繞走一段路，並爬上樓梯（剛好上樓電梯壞了）櫃臺在我們退房時，並未警告，導致浪費一些時間尋找通道。如果能給予必要的說明，那真是服務周到了！

招牌顯示名稱與booking.com網頁名稱略有差異。一樓4人房一間在廚房上方，抽風馬達聲喧擾整夜，換另一間排水口發臭，不得不想但法堵住才能入睡。樓上房間安靜，但入住時遇到有客人在走廊大聲對談，房內可以清楚聽到。

Great stay with clean rooms, good staffs and convenient location

the staffs are very polite and nice. our luggages were went to room by the staff and he helped us to send to our E-hailed car when we leave the hotel. And the location is just beside the monorail.

it can be a little noisy as the monorail station is just beside

Superb

The room is clean, staff are friendly, and the best one is location.. Very convinient and close to Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral. Connection to the mall is covered so no worry when it is rain. There are mini marts adjacent to the hotel and open 24-hour. There is also some kind of food court that open 24-hour just behind the hotel. The room is very small... But it is still worth considering the price. However, it is not suitable if you have long stay.

Just okay if you are not picky

Location and price... Very convenient for easy commute to monorail, lrt and klia express. Lenient check in and check out time...

The room seems clean but I keep scratching myself once I got into the bed. Can't really sleep. Pillow was too hard and too high. Bed was soft and uneven on one side. Floor seems clean but sticky. I don't dare to use the cup and water heater.

For one night stay nothing much to say. Good one, worth money for the location.

Location is perfect, very central and easy to reach places. . Didn't have breakfast so no idea. Rooms were clean and staffs very good.

Room size was very small and didn't expect that and uncomfortable to get into the bed and come down.

Great location

Great location, next to KL sentral station and Nu mall. A lot of good restaurants. Hotel has gym and rooftop garden.

Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating especially housekeeping. Front desk staff should learn from them.
