Positive Points
The hotel staff were extremely kind. When assigning my room, they asked if I preferred a room with a window or one without. They mentioned that rooms with windows might be noisy at times due to outside noise, but I wanted a room with natural light, so I wasn’t sure how to respond. While I was hesitating, they arranged a room on a higher floor with a window—a room where there was likely to be less noise. They also offered to switch my room if it turned out to be too noisy. In the end, I was happy to stay in that high-floor room with a window, but I was very pleased to have the reassurance that I could change rooms if necessary.
Things I’d like to see improved
One of the bath towels they replaced during my stay had a strand of hair on it that was clearly not mine. I suspect they weren’t washed properly. Finding someone else’s hair on a towel is unpleasant, so I’d like to see this issue addressed.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful! My check-in & stay felt literally easy! The gym is small & simple but has what you need (better than none) & the rooftop was a nice little touch as well. Would recommend as a budget option for your KL stay

A great place to stay near KL Sentral station and easily accessible through the shopping mall. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome, clean and comfortable rooms - always my first choice when I visit KL. The roof garden is a nice addition with a book exchange and great views.
