Everything about it proved it to be a five star, I was initially confused between courtyard by marriot and Sheraton intourist but I chose this instead and we were given utmost support and help, my initial room had a tv issue and wasn’t working so they sent some goodies as an apology and we loved the gesture!! Special special thanks to Elmira, Abbas, Musa and Muslim for the care and hospitality

very nice location, nice view of the Boulevard, big variety breakfast, big spacious room and balcony. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff everywhere - reception, cleaning and restaurant.
more local cuisine dishes in the restaurant menu would be good. And uzbek pilaf we tried in the hotel restaurant was not good at all, not even close to a real uzbek pilaf, chef should improve it.

This hotel was absolutely flawless; there was not a single mistake during my entire stay. Every detail was perfect, from the impeccable rooms and outstanding housekeeping to the delicious breakfast and the prime location. The hotel's attention to detail is truly remarkable.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the highly professional reception team: Mr. Elshan, Ms. Elmira, and Mr. Abbas. Their exceptional service and welcoming attitude are clear reflections of outstanding hotel management. I also want to specially thank Mr. Musa, who kindly and efficiently assisted with our luggage, for his great help.
I have stayed at several Sheraton properties across different countries, but the level of service and quality here is simply unparalleled. A huge thank you to the management for delivering such an extraordinary stay. I will definitely be returning to Baku, and this hotel will always be my absolute first choice.
