The hotel was really clean and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager was exceptional, so well organised and efficient with a lovely approach to guests. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast was delicious with many options. The pool and gym opened quite late which was as really convenient.
It was a little far from the centre so we had to get taxis into town. The taxis weren’t expensive though. Breakfast finished a little early for me.
Aldo you need to wear a swimming cap in the pool which was annoying and the hotel was charging £10 for a cap so take one with you.
All in all it was a fabulous hotel and I would highly recommend this hotel if you want excellent service and comfort. Rooms were lively and spacious and cleaners came every day. Nothing was too much trouble.

Staff were friendly, helpful and keen to make our stay as good as possible. The hotel has a fabulous aspect; we had a beautiful view of Caspian Sea and the really cool & unique skyline of Baku. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of food. The chefs made any egg variety that we wanted. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The pool was clean, warm and the facilities like the gym, sauna etc were good.
We were joining our son who was cycling to Australia from UK. The hotel was a great base for our trip. My son was permitted to store his bike in a store room.
The people of Azerbaijan are kind and hospitable!! Thank you!!!
It was a bit of a walk to the old town but we discovered a lovely sea front walk which took us to the centre of Baku & the old town.
