Very Good

the location is amazing straight beside the sea, the staff are very friendly supportive and professional, the breakfast was very good the room was very clean and the hotel in total was very clean. I will definitely consider staying in this hotel on my next visit

the room was very clean however one point I would like to raise as I noticed as well my coworkers is that the water shower inside the hotel is very weak. so it is either the water pressure or the shower tubes need to be cleaned from the sands

For the money you pay, it's not worth it! Book a 3 Star, and have breakfast outside!

There wasn't much to like, Airport Transfer, which was pre-booked arrived 2 hours late.

The Hotel is not suitable for a relaxing Family Hotel, it is being used for "Packaged Deals", which results in the Hotel filled to the brim! You cannot move in the Restaurant for Breakfast, you will not find a table, you will stand in a queue for your Omelets for over 10 minutes, and there are only 2 stations, with 100's dining at once.

Enjoyed stay

Staff and hotel was very presentable and staff were helpful too at reception. It was good could be better. Allowed me early check in. My stay was pleasant and fun and would recommend everyone to be there

Carpets room were awful and not cleaned. For tea and coffee there was no milk

They compensated the lack of view with free breakfast which was really nice and delicious.

I reserved a room with sea view. You had to go to the corner of the room to see a small portion of the sea. We got the compensation after expressing our room change request for the third time. Doesn’t worth the extra money given for the sea view. Room was okay but it was a bit old. Had to walk 5 mins to reach to my room from the elevators.

Yemekleri çok güzeldi, havuzun sıcaklığı,temizliği ve ferahlığını.

Havuzu yeterli temizlikte değildi, bone kullanımı yoktu. Çocuklar gürültü yaparak yüzüyorlar,müzik açıyorlar. personeller uyarmıyorlarr

I absolutely loved Baku, the people and had a very pleasant stay!

Most of the staff were very friendly & the breakfast spread was lovely! Liked the view from my room! Was meat & clean.

The property is good & I absolutely loved my stay cause I was with friends and loved Baku…but since you are a service industry and boast of 4/5 star hotel…there are things that are normal for guests to expect which I found was surprisingly lacking here! 1. You need to pay immediately when you use the restaurant, it’s not billed to room, even after your stay is fully paid. 2.The breakfast closes exactly on the dot at 11am and you will not even get hot water or coffee from the machine, the guest is blankly refused…no one informs you that the breakfast is closing, like it’s done in every other hotel the world over. 3.The reception had flatly refused to even look up if my flight was running late ( my phone was out of battery ) & when I check with them they said ‘I don’t know’. 4.Asked for an adaptor again was a flat refusal…they did not even bother to give alternatives. We all book certain hotels in a new place because it would be convenient when it came to all these little things.

Overall my stay was not worth value for money

the room i was given was very far away from the lift and the view was not good at all for. Value for money not worth i would caution guests to checkout the room location before accepting the room. The hotel rooms are dated

The room location , Bathroom, Overall the front desk staff, Security staff, Concierge boys needs refresher course in customer service. Room carpet needs replacement

the food was great, the staff very nice and friendly, the spa is great

the smell from the sea outside from the pool was really bad sometimes. the location is really bad, too far out from everything, no cafes or restaurants or other things nearby in walking distance. i did tell the hotel beforehand that i was on my anniversary trip with my spouse but i didnt get a reply on that, just a generated reply on early arrival which we didnt have and no mention of it by the staff and no small gift like a chocolate in the room or maybe even something else special. that was very disappointing since other hotels often leave a small surprise or offer an upgrade. further, we didnt have enough towels in our rooms, and only one bathrobe and we had to keep asking for more towels (2 big towels per person which is normal) for 2 days.

Nothing to like, very average hotel with high price 👎

I ordered Sea View room and they gave me city view, staff are not supportive and liars! They say they will change the room or give us offers but nothing happens! Please check photos for Sea View room and judge for yourself! Bed is not comfortable at all. Room is not clean! Stains and dirty spots everywhere! Shower is a nightmare! Water switch from extremely hot to extremely cold every 5 seconds which is very annoying! Overall, bad experience with this hotel 👎

all staff at reception were amazing . Intigam welcomed us warmly and accomodated us nicely which made us extend our stay in hotel and then Leyla and Ulkar were exceptionally good at reception and continued with their amazing hospitality and gave us a complimentary upgrade.

Late check in for more than one hour and can be for another 50 minutes after long trip from Saudi I requested another room’s and they gave me handy-cap bathroom and for two days i tried to change the room but no response

The reception staff was helpful in our check in and re-adjustments of our bookings.

The hygiene standards were poor in the hotel. There were many occasions we found reused cutlery and napkins served to us.

One should never stay at this hotel. Its just waste of money.

The experience was so bad that we din’t like anything about the property. Bathrooms had leakage, if your money gets stuck while exchanging in the ATM provided by the hotel then there is no one take responsibility at the hotel, restaurants will do over billing. Incase you require any sort of help, there is no one to accommodate you. It cannot be considered as a 5 star hotel at all.

The staffs are very approachable especially Mr. Targhul who was very helpful. He helped as a lot from the first till the last day of our stay. A complimentary birthday cake was delivered to our room with greetings. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The AC was not so cold. Quite expensive.
