I like location, staff helped me and was welcoming.
Lift was slow. Breakfast was average, and there weren't many options. The bathroom smelled of sewage.

One of my favourite hotels to stay at, in Baku.
Should be **** .. 4 stars, not three.
Location is excellent.
Accommodation is very good.
Service and assistance is excellent
Buffet breakfast has such a good variety of dishes.
Reception always helpful.
Special on massage well worth it.
No kettle plug socket on the TV counter.
Maybe use an extension cable ?
Had to boil the kettle on the bedside table.
