The room was large & cleaned every day and the staff are so cooperating specially the manager and the reception guys.
The massage center is not available always and it’s price is not encourage

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very supportive and non-disturbing. The room was cleaned and made up every day while we return. Breakfast was above average. Overall worth for the cost.

The location is very prime in the City of Baku . You can get BOLT easily , found nearby hospital, pharmacy and food deliveries are also easily accessible .
The hotel is a good enough for a decent stay , if you dont have high expectations.
The breakfast part of the booking , could have been better. There is no vegetarian options except for bread and fruits .
Neither the hotel staff or the restaurant staff speak English , which was a major disadvantage for me.
Staff are not very helpful , except the receptionist . She spoke little english. I had an emergency for my daughter during the stay and found it very difficult to get information on hospital.
I booked a superior room , room space was not as expected big . It was enough for 2 people . I got the 5th floor , and had a major problem in water heater . The weather was chilly and there was no hot water coming on to my room and had to keep calling the room service to check . They also couldnt speak English . It was a big hassle and they said because i am in high floor hot water takes time to come .
If you are looking for a good high view room , this could be an issue .
The hotel room was ok and the food too.
