الفندق سيء جدااااااا

لم يعجبني سوا الموقع فقط لاغير

عدم نظافة الفرش والممرات وعدم العزل للصوت وانبعاث للروائح الكريهه وعدم الاستجابة لطلبات النزيل وسيتم نشر تجربتي مع هذا الفندق السيء بجميع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتعم الفائدة للجميع وقد يكون المشكلة في برنامج بوكنق في عدم تحري الدقة في تقييم الفنادق... لانني بدأت اواجه نفس المشكلة في مناطق اخرى وتقييم اخر... ولهذا سيتم تحميل برنامج اخر منافس.

Good place overall, gym & "spa" disappointing

Clean and spacious rooms Comfortable large bed Most of the staff were very nice The Khinkhali restaurant over the road is very good Near a supermarket We waited in the bar area on the ground-floor when we had a late flight one night.

The spa and gym is very oversold and we were disappointed. We never found the spa despite looking a lot, and the gym is somewhat unloved and lacking in equipment (quite a bit of it was broken). Nonetheless, good to have access to. The location is very far out of the city, but getting a taxi is quite cheap.

It was an 6 out of 10 stay.

It was good.

They charged 30AZN extra for a guest who stayed one hour. And then i said give me upgrade so i can avoid paying 30AZN. Upon argument, they never let me settle these 30AZN. So I decided to checkout and during checkout they tricked me. Charged me 82AZN for one night. While correct amount even after adding the extra 30AZN of guest should he 65AZN but they charged me 82. That was a really bad experience on the property. Rest was good.

I liked Mr. Azvir at the reception, a generous person with good manners, and he upgraded my room. I give him all thanks

Nothing but I asked for a room upgrade and there was a two hour delay to get it

The rooms were clean and nice: a very nice Breakfast and very cooperative staff.

The shower door was a bit broken which could not get fixed until the end

The hotel was located near the centre. Overall clean with big rooms

The room air conditioner was not working well. Although they had good services but the call boy attended very late .

Superb

Very nice rooms and clean washrooms with good sanitary fittings. A small gym and table tennis were there but no staff on duty. There is a very good supermarket a few meters away.

We were for a family of 4 members, but the staff refused to provide more than 2 water bottles and asked to pay for extra bottles. No iron and board in rooms.

Bang for bucks if you are a solo traveller

Staff was super friendly and helpful besides they have very cheap prices alongside large rooms.

Location is not very central, and the hotel is more suitable for solo travellers on a budget. Cleaniness is moderate and some facilities are not working properly i.e. spa.

Good location, comfortable big room, friendly stuff, good mattress, big bad. The hotel is clean enough, quiet. I didn't have breakfast, but it looks ok. Thank you.

They don't speak English well. One thing is bad - an unpleasant smell in the bathroom due to poor engineering networks, possibly old pipes.

I liked the location of the place as it's in q quite district. Next time it there us a fabulous restaurant for traditional food. The staff is very friendly and smily the whole time. Prices were reasonable too. I would recommend it for everyone.
