Our stay at Riad Kaya was exceptional. All the staff were so attentive, and went above and beyond throughout our time in Marrakech.
It was my wife's 30th birthday, and Fatima liaised directly with me beforehand to help book the perfect restaurant! Abdel also checked in beforehand, and helped organise a lovely birthday surprise for the room, which was so appreciated, as well as organising the transport for our birthday meal.
We saw Aimed the most during our time there, and he not only gave us superb advice on where to visit, but also looked after us - offering us mint tea when we arrived late and making us a breakfast-to-go when we were leaving.
The riad itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and rooms throughout the building. This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to visit the Medina in Marrakech!

Riad Kaya was in a fabulous location in the old Medina. The rooms exquisitely decorated. The staff exceptional.

The first room was acceptable and reasonably priced
We asked to extend our stay for an additional night as we liked our room but we were told that we would have to move to a different room and for the same price. We accepted because we did not want to carry our things to a different location and we were expecting the same standard of room for the same price. we left our bags with the hotel and came back in the afternoon to our new Disappointing room! very little privacy and the shower and faucet did not work properly. We left that place feeling like we were conned. I would never stay here again!
