Most definitely the staff firstly. They cannot do enough to help you. They go over & above to make sure your stay is memorable.
Pool area with bar is superb.
Breakfast was fabulous. For our early flight they even organised coffees & pastries for our trip to the airport! 10/10
Slightly to far from things, but a taxi can easily be organised for you, and there is a full time tour operator there to book anything you want to do.

Room upgrade option request was not fulfilled
Reception personnel did not explain the hotel arrangements and facilities included
Cleaning of the rooms was performed only after 15PM which is too late to my opinion in the 5 star hotel
