Try to upsell without request/consent. App told me no extra charge for having the room earlier. Was told this is on discretionary of the hotel. What does this mean? So I was charged. Don’t like this. Cost at the end 40% more, with a room on a higher floor (I was okay with what I booked). Coffee at breakfast takes too long, served close to the end of the breakfast.

The best thing that made our stay perfect is the rooms location at the end of the corridor with a privacy door making the rooms somewhat joint.
This was perfect for our party. We really appreciated that.
The rooms internal arrangements could have been better.
