The owner of the place, Sandro, was the best! He was attentive, helpful, and was always available when needed. He went above and beyond in so many ways. He even serves you coffee made to order at the breakfast table where we were surrounded by an abundance of choices. We had hot water for each shower which is rare in Italy. Our air conditioner worked great and our room and bathroom were quite spacious. There was a place to wash your clothes by hand and rooftop clotheslines! The beach, restaurants, gelato places, and historic buildings were within close walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The location was fantastic. Room was very spacious and great working air conditioning for this hot summer!
Just meters to the Castello and Centro storico! Short stroll to Marina and beaches, shops and restaurants!
Good coffee and breakfast was on offer!
Sandro the host was so obliging, friendly, very
helpful and accommodated all our needs! Top just and accommodation.

The host is the kindest, most helpful and generous person. Our room and the whole building are perfectly clean and neat. The breakfast is original Italian classics and the location is at heart of the city. A great choice!

We were travelling with our two children aged 12 and 14 years. The property is beautiful and has a lovely authentic feel to it with gorgeous attention to detail. The breakfast was fabulous with continental buffet, delicious fresh pastries and coffee, plus chocolate spread for the kids. Our host Sandro was professional, helpful and kind. The location was great.
