The room could benefit some remodeling but it's details, it was really sufficient for the price and short stay

centrally located close to the train station, and 10 min walking distance to downtown. friendly host (located at the pastelleria down the building, also recommended for a good brekafast). room small but comfortable.

Located in a beautiful old building, very close to train/bus station and upstairs of a nice bakery. The check-in wasn't available at the time we arrived, but the lady from the bakery was super nice and opened the hotel so we could leave our bags inside. The bathroom was comfortable and the shower was really good.

It is close to the train/bus station, so if you're carrying heavy bags it is ideal. However, it is a bit far from the pretty city center, especially if you're tired at the end of the day.

Very friendly and helpful welcome from our host. A lovely old building near the station and walking distance down through the town.

Rui, the owner, was very helpful! I was able to drop my backpack and go explore Aveiro. It's directly across from the train station which was fine with me.

Everything was great for me. The location is about a 10-12 minute walk from the historic center which may not be for everyone.

It was in close proximity to the train station and the pastry shop right beside was good. A short walk to the downtown area.

The room was quite small and we should have closer attention to the size.

The building was beautiful and the staff was kind.

The location can be noisy at night because it is straight in front of the train station, and there's no A/C so you need to keep the windows opens when it is hot outside.

The charm of the building and the cafe on the property were the highlights of the stay!

We only stayed one night here and had a good experience. The rooms were clean and the host was very welcoming and helpful. The room had a nice looking high ceiling and a decent bathroom. I would say that this hotel offers great value for the low cost.

There was no AC, however in every room there was a fan and by keeping the window open, the room temperature was tolerable. Another downside is that there is no elevator inside the building. Breakfast was not offered by the hotel, however, the coffeeshop was just downstairs.

The location was great, just in front of the train and bus station and 10 minutes walking from the city centre. My room was really comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. This whole historical palace is charming, I would suggest to have a stay in there.

the fact it doesn’t include breakfast but it’s understandable for this space in specific because they also have a coffee shop so people can go to the coffee shop and eat there. it’s work it because all the food was delicious

I only spent one night here but I had a wonderful experience - the hotel is in a beautiful historic building, well kept and spotlessly clean. There is no breakfast option, but the pasteleria on the ground floor (which is run by the same people) is both an obvious and a delicious choice. My room had a lovely view over the old train station and was literally across the road from the train and bus stations in Aveiro, yet was quiet at night. It is about 20 minutes away from the town centre with the canals etc, but it is very easy to find your way around. Check in was very smooth and they were kind enough to keep my bags for me after check out. I'd definitely come back here if I returned to Aveiro! Fantastic value for money.
