Cozy apartment. Great location.

A perfect location with a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. A very well equipped, comfortable apartment. Marko's mother was a huge help to us, such a kind lady. Marko's communication is excellent. Bars and restaurants all around. Living within the town walls was a wonderful experience. 5 minute walk from the coach station. 3 minutes to a large supermarket.

An impeccable apartment in an amazing location

An impeccable apartment. A great location in the middle of the old town with a terrace right on the defensive wall. All points of interest can be reached in 15 minutes. Exceptional equipment. There is absolutely nothing missing from what you could have at home. There is the dedication of the owners and the desire to ensure the best living conditions. Kitchenware and crockery of the highest quality. However, it is advisable to eat some of the very good restaurants nearby. For daily supply, there is a supermarket 200m away. Marko and his mother are two very empathetic people. It seems that I put a lot of soul into what I do. We will return to this wonderful apartment.

Exceptional

There is a little terrace that connects to the city walls! So you can enjoy a fabulous view right from the apartment! The apartment is very clean, cool, and modern. Marko left a bottle of local wine for us! His mother and sister greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Also, there is a washing machine!

Comfortable apartment with fantastic location. Would easily stay here again!

The location is absolutely amazing! Marlo and his mom were delightful - extremely kind and helpful! The apartment is well stocked- it was great being able to do laundry there and they even had laundry detergent. The bottle of wine in the fridge was so sweet! The little outdoor patio area is lovely and right on the wall.

Owners are lovely people and went to great lengths to make our stay wonderful, even taking us out on their boat.

The property was in a fabulous location with a delightful terrace overlooking the bay.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Superb

This apartment fit our needs perfectly for this trip! The location was superb, living inside of the old town walls but still close enough to a gate as well as a grocery store and the bus station. The apartment had a lovely terrace that opened up to the wall and had a view towards the bay, recently renovated and clean. Marko and his family were exceptional hosts by giving good advice on things to do and helping with practical arrangements.

Superb

Great location inside the walls but close to the South Gate so it wasn't very far to walk from the street. There was free parking across the street from the gate, though you probably will have to wait for a space. Bedrooms are on the small side but understandable for the old town location. Nice sofa that's also a bed. Shared outdoor terrace that's right on the top of the wall but no one else used it at the times we did. Nice large bathroom. Kotor old town is very interesting and bigger than we thought. We only stayed one night but I would spend at least two nights if I had it to do over again.

Only one flight of stairs up to the apartment but the stairs are a steep pitch, but it's common for an old town location. No coffee making options except instant or Turkish. Only one air conditioner unit which is in the living room so you have to leave the bedroom doors open for cool air. It reached 93F during the day and it stayed a little warm in the bedrooms but tolerable. One in our party thought the twin bed mattress was too soft but no complaints from the other two of us.

Location is just perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful, bed is extremely comfortable. It's in old town but can't hear the noise at night.

The apartment was very cozy,clean and comfortable with a fantastic balcony with a great view.The owners were really very helpful,polite and sweet people .We recommend it to you all.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and would want to come back!

Excellent location in the old town - spacious (more than enough) for a single traveller, well-equipped, private open-air sitting space right on the city wall!

WiFi access was sometimes intermittent in the evening, but always came back after a while - it may not be the fault of the property.

Attention to detail,position was excellent, walked out our door onto the medeviele wall and looked straight out onto the bay.Marko and his mother were so helpful in every way,from suggesting great restaurants to organising taxis,they carried our bags at 5am,beautiful people.

The apartment is very well located with a beautiful view from the private terrace that is located in the medieval wall of the city. All old Kotor is within walking distance of the apartment. The Wi-Fi was great. Kotor is a very nice city, very much worth a visit. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable.

Great stay in Kotor I would stay there again if I'm ever back

A/C, terrace onto the city walls very clean and comfortable

We came in the wrong gates so it was a hot walk with all our baggage, but that was our fault and the taxi man!

The host family was great. They were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The apartment was extremely well done and perfectly located. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Kotor Old Town.

Like living in a castle village with perfect access to explore the old city and the fortress!

Fantastic location! The balcony connects to the old city wall ring with lovely views of Kotor Bay and the front entrance is inside the old city walls opening right into an old town square.

Nothing, the apartment is good quality with very modern kitchen and bath.

absolutely brilliant apartment great location

the property was absolutely brilliant it had everything must have the best location in Kotor the terrace on the city walls has amazing views the apartment was spotless beautifully furnished bathroom was new and modern and was stacked with clean towels once the window shutters where closed at night it was silent the hosts were fantastic and so helpful lovely people I highly recommend apartment Marko if you are visiting Kotor you will not be disappointed

Place to stay!

Marko was very responsive prior to our arrival and he and his mom greeted us upon arrival and even helped with our luggage. Location is exactly as mentioned right next to the gates of Old Town Kotor. View from the balcony/terrace is really good and having breakfast with the great view was a treat. Rooms are a bit small but you will not really complain about this. Apartment was very clean. There is a nearby restaurant with a free parking and you could, most of the time, use it if you are travelling by a car. If I am ever going back to Kotor, I will definitely contact them first. Strongly recommended!
