Very clean property. Rooms great size and the bed was so comfortable. Location for us was perfect and could easily walk to town.

Situated right on the main thoroughfare through Morrinsville, it was both convenient and easily accessible.
Room was large, well equipped and comfortable.
There was also a breakfast menu available at a reasonable cost, which we appreciated but didn’t use on this occasion. We left early but there was a drop box for the key which we appreciated.

Very friendly and clean and tidy
I was surprised to hear there is a NO child policy. I had a family member not able to stay because she had a 4 year old with her
