This hotel is convenient if you have an event in BICC/ Convention Center. The surrounding area is specious and guests can take a walk or run. The breakfast has good options and allows guests to taste local Malawian dishes. The room is spacious and all expected amenities for this type of hotel are available. Staff are friendly and helpful including for printing requests. The 2nd floor restaurant and the rooms provide a good view of surrounding areas.
Guests should consider exploring food options outside the hotel for variety and affordable pricing. If you know the city better, there could be other choices with more affordable cost.

Great room with good views.
The food for dinner and breakfast was truly awful. We could barely eat what we ordered for dinner and breakfast dishes were not appealing.
