Clean and comfortable.
Location is good for access to the Lagodekhi Protected Area, specifically hike to Black Grouse Waterfall
Location was a long way from the centre of Lagodekhi to get something to eat, shops, & bus.
I made the mistake of asking for breakfast but not asking how much it was. I was shocked on paying to find it was 30 lari. There was a lot of it, in fact way too much, and even though I asked to be given much less, this didn't happen.

The location near the park is perfect. This place is very peacefull and the house is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The owner is very helpful and smiling. I highly recommend.

Отсутствие доступа к кухне, Отсутствие холодильника в номере, общая ванна с туалетом ещё на несколько номеров, никакой шумоизоляции
