Beautiful property with plenty of different fruits, herbs and great pool.
Washroom bathtub wasn’t working properly. No wi-fi on our villa for the entire stay.

The place is a cozy, family-owned hotel with rooms spread around a small green territory. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They offer to organise wine tasting of their wines and cooking of khachapuri for a small additional price. The house is stylish, and the pool offered a nice refuge on a hot day. The breakfast is freshly prepared from local produce and is very filling.
The house was comfortable overall, but it was missing a few small essentials, such as cups and glasses or a shower curtain in the bathroom.
Our main concern, however, was the stray dogs in Kvareli (as in many parts of Georgia). They would occasionally wander onto the property, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The best experience I’ve ever had.💥
The room was cozy and spotless, the garden was beautiful, full of benches and seating areas, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The whole place had a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The highlight of our stay was the evening we decided to have dinner at their small restaurant. There, we met a group of retirees celebrating a special occasion, and I can honestly say it was the most wonderful cultural experience. Their singing, dancing, and energy were incredible to witness.
The food was delicious—authentic Georgian cuisine that tasted just like a homemade meal. The owners were amazing: highly professional, experienced in hospitality, and genuinely attentive to their guests.
I will definitely be returning, not just once, but many times in the future.

The property is beautifully designed in traditional Georgian style and is well maintained for the most part. The lady who runs the hotel was absolutely lovely.
The drains inside the bathrooms/toilets had an awful smell which was temporarily ‘fixed’ with a wet towel to cover in between use.
The pool looked a little too murky as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which was a shame as we were really looking forward to a swim but chose not to.
The lady who runs the hotel and restaurant was very friendly although always seemed stressed. Unfortunately the husband wasn’t very helpful and could have been more respectful to the guests trying to enjoy a nice dinner which was sadly drowned by the noise of football on the TV where he seemed to use the restaurant like a private living room with no care for the guests.
We had a feeling of guilt when requesting an early but reasonable breakfast (8:30-9am) which sadly ruined the enjoyment and made us feel more like a hindrance than a welcomed guest.
Overall a beautiful property which has the potential to be one of the best places to stay, but sadly missed the mark based on the above. We would return and recommend to others if the feedback above was taken on board.
