An ancient house, full of character. The host is very passionate about his work. Very clean bathroom and comfortable beds.
The airco was rather noisy. The room was dusty unfortunately.

Good value for money and a very friendly, helpful host.
Swimming pool very welcome in the extremely hot weather.
The basket of home grown cherries a generous gesture.
Excellent, traditional, restaurant relatively nearby.
Although in a minority, we had trouble locating the Villa with our hire car sat. nav. In practice, the approach was from a side road and then via a series of farmyards and associated buildings - there was no actual signage indicating Villa Partitore . However a phone call to the host brought him out onto the road to direct us !!!

We were here for just one day, but we would have liked to stay a little longer to get to know the villa better. The owner was very friendly, and the room had everything we needed. An atmosphere steeped in history. A wonderful place.
