It’s very close by to public transport - both the metro and the bus stations. There are many convenience stores and eateries around to choose from.
I would recommend updating their televisions to smart televisions. That would be all.

It is quite near to Exit 2 of Yangjae subway station. This area is not very happening but you can find 2 24Hr restaurants and 2 convenience stores nearby, just steps away. (Beware that there is no escalator at this subway station.)
Best thing is the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it so easy for solo traveller with a big luggage.
I arrived in the morning around 9.30am, despite that I am staying for 5 nights (1 on my own booking, rest 4 on company's), they insist for additional charge for early check-in. The way that the male receptionist handled this made me feels that they are very rigid.
On the day that I checked out, I asked for help about the complete timetable of airport bus 6009 from the frontdesk, the receptionist (another man this time) was kind of impatient. This is contrary to my past impression staying in this hotel for business in the past.
