These are spacious apartments and there is enough of a kitchen that you could do a stay here without needing to rely on restaurants. The pool area is excellent and the grounds are impeccably maintained. No disturbances, very quiet room. It is about a 12 min walk into Palaiochora or a few mins in the car, but parking is a bit tricky so walking isn't a bad option.
The cushions on the sunbeds by the pool are perpetually waterlogged, defy science as they can be left in the blazing sun and dry winds for the day and still pool up water when pressed. So don't sit on those without swimwear. The town of Palaiochora was not my vibe at all. It really is an awful place where the businesses hate tourists and it was consistent from supermarkets to bakeries to restaurants. Great hotel/resort in the wrong place. Also the beaches are quite under served in terms of restaurants and amenities.

Great setting with lovely garden and pool which were never too busy. Easy walk into town which is a lovely and lively place to visit.
A few unfinished bits in the property, but nothing that seriously impacts the stay

Extremely friendly staff with a ton of great local tips for things to do and places to eat. The suggestions were great. Rooms were clean, cozy and well decorated. The AC worked well and was quiet. Pool area was chill and we had it just for ourselves most of the time. Location is calm and away from the crowds and it's easy to find peace here.
The location is a bit out of the town and there are some unfinished things in the rooms like in most of the Greek buildings. No umbrellas at the pool, but plenty of trees to offer shade. Quite a lot of bees hanging out at the pool.
