Cleanliness, family friendly and very helpful staff
There are without window rooms which may be cozy during winter but in summer it’s very hot even though they provided additional fans.

This was a perfect stop for our trip to italy. It was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good quality and good value for the price. Shower was spacious.
I only didn’t like that the people next to us were loud. there’s no carpet in the room and the kids jumping of beds echoed in our room.

Alexandria was super nice, comprehensive, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant! Diana was also cordial and attentive but Alexandria was superb. We arrived when the reception was closed yet the self check-in process was simple once we had our confirmation code, card for payment, and ID or passport number ready. Bike trails and tourist guides were accessible and free. You could check out a bicycle to travel the area for free. Coffee, tea, and water are free 24-7 which was a really nice detail. We liked this place so much we booked an extra night.

Pretty location. Good public transport.
Foul smell of fish in the room. Ceiling fan was loud and clanking. Counterintuitive check-in. In stead of using the hotel card for electricity there was a carton inserted into the slot. Requested breakfast and got no feedback and no breakfast.
