Modern, nice bathroom. Free parking. Nice kitchen (but frying pan should be replaced)
It was too hot in the apartment, opening windows didnt help, only one window had mosquito net. But there was a fan - it helps a bit if you can sleep while the airflow is blowing at you. Air conditioner is a must in such a new and modern buildings. There are a lot of bugs and spiders in the area - not for those with a phobia
