Relaxing River front property 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo on a private gated residential property on the Spokane river. There is a boat dock and parking available for personal watercraft and trailer. (Additional fee s apply.) I can offer Captained boat rental for intimate cruise or day of fun on the water. There is a Wave runner available for rent. (Additional rates apply.) There is an area for BBQ and camp fire at the waters edge. Swimming area for kids and adults. There is access to the lake from the river by boat or water craft.

Beautiful location close to City Center. Amazing property, comfortable bed, loved the access to the water, easy of entry and the hostess! Reyna was warm and accomodating. She made me feel like one of the family. Will stay here again!! Its a hidden treasure.

We had a wonderful stay. We are hoping to return sometime in the future. The location is terrific. You get the country feel but your close to restaurants and stores. The unit was super clean and had the amenities that make the stay comfortable.

The rental has everything we needed and more! Kitchen had cooking items and fridge would do well for a week plus of family meals. Beds were firm and the air mattress worked well for our son. We did not stay inside but there were two TVs and a comfy couch. The hosts were very friendly and gracious. The kids enjoyed seeing the fresh tracks in the snow from the wildlife. This would be a great family vacation spot during the summer with its water access and additional amenities offered by the host. It is a quick drive to 41 or the interstate. QUIET property that makes relaxing easy.

Beautiful location right on the river, which we had access to and were able to enjoy during record heat. It’s just a short 10 minute drive to CDA city center, which we were so grateful for when we needed to go back and forth on race day. Short drive to Hayden and other neighboring cities. Very safe, gated rental in nice neighborhood. Gorgeous pine covered surroundings. My kids ages 5-12 had a great time. The owners of this rental were outstanding. They made certain we had all our needs met. They were a joy. So welcoming, kind, helpful, friendly. Not only did we have a nice stay, we made new friends!

Wonderful Stay!
Everything was so clean and the hosts were extremely attentive to detail and friendly. We feel like we made friends for life and we loved this VRBO. The property was gorgeous and very safe. We traveled with three kids (15, 2, and 4 months) and we were very comfortable. We cooked often in the condo and had everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing time in Idaho. We can't wait to call it our forever home.

Absolute bargain
Excellence! This is a separate unit located on the property of the owners. The owners go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Property is right on the river and 10/10 gorgeous. Was mad when I got back that the rest of summer was booked out or I would be returning as much as I possibly could.

Wonderful Experience
The house was perfect for my family of 4. Clean and spacious. Friendly, easy going owners. The WiFi worked well. I was able to login to work without any trouble. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Post Falls.

Very comfortable place. Jay and Reyna were great hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. They were the perfect balance of friendly and welcoming but totally respectful of our privacy too! The beds were comfortable and place well maintained. The property was beautiful. Everything was Great
Everything was great, Owners were very nice and helpful. property was very quiet and home was nice and clean and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. My children loved being on the water and having a basketball court to play on. Will definitely stay again if we are in town.

The Most Amazing Spot to Vacation-Not Just a Place to Sleep
We were looking for a place to just sleep. Instead found an entire vacation on its own, right there on the property. Not only the amazingly beautiful and clean property, but the property owners ensured every turn was perfect and amazing with incredible generosity and friendship. Well, well worth the money and they created a vacation we will never forget. Thank you Jay and Reyna!
