Best breakfasts ever! Loved the grounds and the staff was wonderful! Got many great new photos of the birds. Thank you for showing me some and letting me know what they were. New birder needed help. Thank!

I thought it was exactly what I needed.

It is surrounded by nature and feels like a second home, located in the one of the most peaceful communities I’ve ever visited.

It’s a bit far from convenience stores and restaurants so your lunch options can be a bit limited if weather is bad.

The location was perfect for exploring the Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoying the amazing birdlife right from our balcony! Becky and Robert arranged tours and transportation for us, and really went out of their way to make our visit fun and enjoyable. They certainly made us feel like family and the guest room/common areas/grounds we're just lovely. The food was incredible and we can't thank them enough for the delicious dinners that they prepared special for us! We highly recommend staying with Becky and Robert, and hope to return again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The B&B was well appointed and hosted by personable and responsive hosts. The location was exceptional for seeing Crooked Tree National Park and its birds. I consider myself an incompetent bird watcher and I saw more different species of birds than I have ever seen. it was incredible. The prepared by Becky and Robert was fabulous. Great dinner and wonderful breakfast that came with the room. AC and Internet worked well. Pool was a real plus. I can't say enough good things about the stay and reasonable prices

Coming from Houston and having directly 2 days in this beautiful B&B was just marvellous! Roberts is a really nice host and make everything easy for us - even to arrange the tour for Lamanai.

Robert's breakfasts were awesome. Loved the birds too. Both of you are great hosts.

Mosquitos during rainy season are for real. On the other hand, no tourists was pretty nice so maybe that's the trade off.

Not a lot of choices for dinner in the area. Dinner is available at the host’s home by reservation.

While I am not bird watcher (focus of my trip was on diving), the 3 days in Crooked Tree, staying at Beck's Bed and Breakfast, was a memorable experience. As the hosts say, one should feel "at home", and I felt like it. The place is a little paradise, especially for bird enthusiasts. The fact that only three rooms are offered make sure that you always get Becky's and Robert's attention, it wanted and/or needed. Make sure that you "book" Robert for a early morning or late afternoon bird tour (or both). Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, at a beautiful property, in a very nice room, at a very affordable rate. Hope to find the time to come again.

Awesome food, great hosts, beautiful grounds, great with children. The hosts were always available but yet allowed us to have our privacy. Fully recommended.

the property is so beautiful, with very comfortable rooms. Becky and Richard are excellent hosts, and helped us find things to do and made our stay feel very special.

The property is quite remote, which makes the stay very peaceful, but means you have to arrange transportation or rent a vehicle or stay within the village.

Quiet, peaceful, fabulous bird life

A beautiful place where the hosts Becky and Robert went out of their way to make sure we felt truly relaxed. Wonderful food, especially the dinners which were freshly cooked by Becky. Must not leave Robert out who did a mean breakfast. How anyone can give this place any less than 10 is a mystery to us.

Nothing

This is a great place to stay. Becky and Robert are great hosts and the breakfasts and dinners are home-cooked and really special. Our room was large, the bed comfortable, the shower was hot and everything worked. But it is the ambience of Beck's that is so special. There are just three rooms and the whole place is set in and around a garden full of shrubs, flowers and birds. From the terrace on the first floor you can just sit and drink coffee (always available at no cost - tea and water too) and watch the birdlife around you - from parrots to hummingbirds. We walked along the lagoon edge and saw a lot of waterbirds, including jabiru storks which Robert told us where to find. I would recommend having a car, booking dinner for the days you stay and bringing your own alcohol. They don't sell booze but are happy for you to drink your own. Becks is certainly the best place to stay in Crooked Tree; Recommended.

The location and setting are beautiful, the property is extremely well kept, stylish and clean. The hosts are welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the food is outrageously good. The area is safe with fantastic bird-life that is easily accessible. This place is overall an excellent value for money.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

This is a beautiful B&B with great hosts. They are so friendly and helpful, they organise everything for you, what you need. The house is just in the middle of Crooked Tree with a gorgeous garden. The dinner and the breakfast in the B&B are amazing and we wish to stay longer at Becks B&B. We really can recommend this place!

The meals were absolutely fantastic and you couldn't find a more welcoming host than Robert. He is very kind and accommodating. Good advice and good to talk to! I learned a lot about Crooked Tree and Creole, the property is lovely and quiet, and the room was clean and eloquent. Robert also helped arrange a tour for us.

Great hospitality. Robert and Becky are helpful and friendly. Lovely courtyard and many birds. Love the acron woodpeckers. Will stay here if coming back to Crooked Tree in the future. Highly recommended.

Internet was sporadic and water pressure was weak for shower

I stayed at Beck’s bed and breakfast for 3 nights and had such a wonderful time. Becky and her husband Robert were such good hosts and made you feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very nicely decorated. The house was set in fantastic grounds and the added bonus was a swimming pool. The breakfasts and the dinner were really good - in fact I ate there every night. There are great excursions nearby. I really enjoyed the bird watching tour and the tour of Lamanai
