The individual houses were great with lovely pool area

We liked the little private bungalows and the beautiful, well-maintained hotel area. The swimming pool is quite big, very clean and comfortable. The room also has air conditioning, which worked well and was very useful in the heat. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is simple, but nice to have. The location is also great, you can walk from the back of the hotel to one of the nicest beaches on the island in about two minutes. We also didn’t have many problems with insects, only some mosquitoes, but nothing excessive. Overall, for the price, the value for money is really good.
There is no wardrobe or much space to unpack your things, so for three nights it was totally fine, but for a longer stay it could be a little uncomfortable. There is also no hairdryer in the room, although you can ask for one at reception. The one we received was slightly broken and only worked on the cold setting. I mentioned it to reception, so hopefully it will be replaced.

The property itself is very beautiful, with a lovely tropical atmosphere. The gardens are very well maintained, with banana, mango and papaya trees and beautiful flowers around the bungalows. The swimming pool is excellent, and the location is very convenient. The staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant.
Unfortunately, the comfort and some basic services did not meet my expectations. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, and the sound insulation is very poor — you can hear almost everything happening around the neighbouring bungalows and restaurant.
Wi-Fi was a major issue: for one full day there was no internet at all, and during the rest of my stay it was very weak and unreliable, making it difficult to work online or watch movies. There were also occasional power outages.
Housekeeping was provided after my first night, but there was no further cleaning during the rest of my four-night stay. By the end, several bags of rubbish had accumulated. I put them outside on the porch, but they were still there when I checked out.
Some older photos also still show the bungalows with thatched roofs, although they now have tiled roofs. Newer accurate photos are available too, but having both versions online can be confusing.
