Le personnel très attentionné, disponible et souple.
L'emplacement idéal.
La carte semble superbe, surtout de saison, fraîche et artisanale. Mon jugement sur ce point s'arrête aux bonnes apparences, car je n'ai malheureusement pas eu l'occasion d'y manger.
Seul bémol , en particulier pour un asthmatique comme moi - et cela quand même la jeune fille qui m'a accueilli m'a proposé de porter mes bagages, offre que je n'ai osé accepter -, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et les chambres sont au moins au 3e étage. Il est malheureusement impossible d'en aménager, l'immeuble étant situé dans l'enceinte protégée de la vieille ville .

Kleines Zimmer unter dem Dach mitten in der Fußgängerzone, bzw.Fan-Meile bei der WM.
Sehr schönes Restaurant, sehr freundliche Bedienung
kein Aufzug, sehr viele Stufen.
für schweizer Verhältnisse sehr begrenztes Frühstück, eher wie in Frankreich

Location is excellent, staff were friendly
The hotel doesn't accept any international credit cards ie Amex, Maestro or Mastercard nor do they accept cash payments in Euros ie they would only accept Swiss francs or Swiss payment cards it would have been helpful to have been told this in advance (as I hadn't registered my card for use in Switzerland I couldn't draw CHF)
