Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The spa was expensive and not very warm.
The room was small and could maybe do with an upgrade - fresh paint maybe.
There was an old plaster on the floor in our room which made me question cleanliness.
The arcade was awful - I think it is unnecessary.

The breakfast was great.
Perhaps the cutlery sorting needs to be addressed.
I had to go through all the containers of cutlery to find all the tea spoons.

The beds were comfortable, clean rooms and clean linen
It was too noisy to much traffic in the corridor when children were sleeping. People running up and down the corridor.
