The apartment was spacious and comfortable, in a very convenient location. The host was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.

Das ist mehr als eine Ferienwohnung! Es ist wie ein zweites Zuhause! Ein super Apartment im dritten Stock eines modernen Gebäudes mit 6 Stockwerken und 2 Aufzügen. Es gibt ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen im hinteren, abgetrennten Bereich des Wohnzimmers. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer zum Trocknen, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Fernseher mit sehr vielen portugiesischen und internationalen Programmen (englisch, spanisch, italienisch, französisch, etc.), die Dusche ist in der Badewanne. Man bekommt für jede Person 2 Sets an Handtüchern: weiße für die Wohnung und braune für den Strand!!! Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist inklusive!
Wir kamen um 1 Uhr nachts an und die sehr freundliche Ana zeigte uns die Wohnung und die Tiefgarage.
Man bot uns an, am neunten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes eine 3-4 stündige Reinigung vorzunehmen, aber wir brauchten das nicht. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und gepflegt.
Die Fenster blicken zur Avenida Dom João III. Der Verkehr ist gering verglichen mit Kontinental-Europa. Man kann die Fenster im Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer weit zum Lüften öffnen. Es gibt ein Schutzgitter, gut für Kinder. Das Bad hat kein Fenster und muss per Ventilator gelüftet werden.
Die Lage ist super! Wir haben in Ponta Delgada fast alles zu Fuß gemacht, mit Ausnahme von Gruta do Carvão, Parque Atlântico und Restaurante Farol am kleinen Leuchtturm. Ein großer Pingo Doce Supermarkt ist 600m entfernt. Direkt gegenüber des Apartments gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Filiale der Pão do Rei Bäckerei. Eine Filiale der Post CTT, der Hafen mit Ausflugsanbietern, die Promenade am Meer entlang, Restaurants und der Big Burger Bus sind innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso die Kirche Ermida Mãe de Deus mit der Aussicht über die Stadt und eine Ananasplantage. Gute und sichere Umgebung bei Tag und Nacht.
Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit rochen 2-3 Kissen auf dem Sofa muffig. Alle Schlafplätze waren aber sehr sauber und rochen gut!

Šiuose apartamentuose jautėmės kaip namuose! Visi reikmenys kokių gali prireikti apsistojus su dviem mažais vaikais- skalbimo mašina, indaplovė, lygintuvas, net karšto oro gruzdintuvė!
Ir parkavimo vieta!
Atvykus apartamentai buvo labai švarūs ir šeimininkė pasirūpino sutvarkymu po savaitės viešnagės.
Atskiras pagyrimas- mus pasitiko Ana, kuri maloniai viską aprodė, pasidalino rekomendacijomis ką aplankyti, kur pavalgyti!
Vienintelis trūkumas (jei taip galima sakyti) - galėjo būti daugiau pakabų spintoje :)

Very good value for money. The host is a fantastic, helpful person. In addition to providing us with keys, she provided us with tons of tips. The price includes a convenient underground parking space. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry and drying facilities really saved our trip. :) A perfect place for both short and long stays.
