The flat is centrally located, about 20min walk from the inner city of Ponta Delgada, but only 5min from the harbor. The host was wonderul and helpful. There was some information left in the flat with excursion ideas, restaurant recommendations,... And all appliances worked perfectly! We had a great holiday in this flat!
The master bedroom bed is a little on the flimsy side. The flat is located on the 4th floor with no elevator, which doesn't have to be a bad thing, but could cause issues for people with mobility problems

El anfitrión, Henrique, siempre atento de que estuviesemos a gusto.
El piso está bien equipado, limpio, luminoso y en una buena zona con todos los servicios cerca: bares, restaurantes, supermercados (ultramarinos). Si vas en coche de alquiler hay bastante aparcamiento en la zona y conecta muy bien con la autopista/circunvalación principal que vas a tener que coger para ir a la mayoría de sitios de San Miguel.
Desde el piso al paseo marítimo que conecta con el centro de la ciudad hay 200 m, y desde ahí 15-20 minutos hasta el centro.
Para gente con movilidad reducida: el piso es un 4º y no tiene ascensor.
